A holiday with horse-drawn caravans and an old ruined castle neardy! The Famous Five have lots of exploring to do!But the castle is not emty. Well they descover how is lerching around in the clasrle

The Monorail

Have you every been on a fast and furious monorail? Well I have, and this is how it all started.

Racing up the hill at top speed, trying to get first in line, was hard work. I wasn't first, second and I  wasn't third, and there was were still three people in front in me, Hamish, Monique and Gabi. Giggling Gabi was giggling like a giggling goblin. It was a long time waiting and the sweat was dripping off my face.

Finally it was my turn. The cart was like an old fashioned sled with a seat belt and wheels. It was so fascinating. Hopping in the cart wasn't pleasant, especially falling out. Finally I was on. My heart was pounding like a kangaroo. Trouble strake nerves. My body shook like jelly. I was terrified.

I started to get speed down, down, down. I hit the corner at top speed. All I felt my self flying. My eyes slowly opened to my surprise it was not too windy as I had thought.

What's happened? It was over and I started to roll backwards.

If you do go to Living Springs, go on the Monorail, it's awesome.
