Here is the text we composed for our thank you emails. Today you need to:

1. Open Room 9 intranet email. Click on compose email.

2. Copy and paste the text below into your email.

3. Add their name to the top of the message, eg. Dear Mr Armstrong

4. Add a second paragraph about two or three things you learnt from their helpful letter.

5. Third and final paragraph, 'Thank you once again.'

6. Yours sincerely...

7. Add their email address and write 'thank you' to the subject line.

8. Send email.

Dear ***,

I am emailing you to thank you for replying to my letter about my job on our imaginary island. I was excited and delighted when I recieved your letter. We were amazed at how many people clearly enjoy their jobs.
