School isn't the same this year without Miss MacDonaldI miss her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday was athletics day, first up was sprints the ground was wet and slippery we had 50 metres and 80 metres then it was finals I didn't make it to the finals but it was still fun. Next it was long jump I had two no jumps on my last jump I got 2 metres and 73 cm I nearly got 4th. After morning tea I had high jump on the first jump I didn't make it, on the second jump I got over with the bar wobbling luckily it didn't fall off. Next was shot put I got two puts I thought I did pretty well. I got really nervous when I heard we had to go to the next event because it was long distance we had to run one killometre wich was 5 laps of the feild before that we did a warm up and streches when the starting gun went off afew people must have got a fright because there was a big trip up. After lunch the last event was discus I was happy because I got third. There was house relays next unfortunitly my house group didn't win but it was fun watch and that is how athletic day went.

Room 9,10 and 11 have to look after eggs I named mine Elvis. He lives in straw inside a green container, on him is a small green smiley face stamp. afew people have broken their eggs and got one from home. I haven't broken mine yet and I hope I don't brake it.
